Below are some of the most common questions people ask before starting their Offline Data Entry job. Please read carefully — it will help you understand how the work process, payment system, and accuracy evaluation work.

1. Is there any skill required to work?

Yes. You need basic computer knowledge and a typing speed between 30 to 50 words per minute. Familiarity with MS Office, Windows, and Internet is essential. Internet access is only required to download the work files, which usually takes less than 15 minutes.

2. What will be the format of the work?

You will receive image files in .JPEG format. Your task is to type the content of each image into an MS Word document without any formatting — just plain text.

3. What kind of content will the work files contain?

The assignments are simple text-based documents. You will not need to type any tables, images, equations, or symbols — only plain text. This makes the work fast and easy to complete.

4. What level of accuracy is required to get payment?

Accuracy requirements vary depending on the plan you choose. Please refer to the Offline Data Entry Payment Plans section for details.

5. Can I use software to convert image files to Word?

No. Use of any OCR or conversion software is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, your account will be terminated immediately, and your work will be rejected by the system.

6. When will I receive my accuracy report and payment?

Within 10 working days after submitting your completed work, you will receive your accuracy report by email. If your accuracy meets the required level, your payment will be released to your registered address or bank account.

7. What happens if I fail to complete the job?

If you fail to complete or submit your work on time, you will not receive payment and will not be eligible for future job opportunities.

8. How will I receive my payment?

Payments are made as follows:

  • Indian Customers: Fund Transfer, At-Par Cheque, Demand Draft, or PayPal.

  • International Customers: Wire Transfer, PayPal, Western Union, or MoneyGram.

9. When will the company make payments?

Payments are processed within 10 days after submission of your completed work. Delays may occur due to postal issues or national holidays, but we always ensure prompt payment via priority services.

10. Will any tax be deducted?

Yes. A 5.1% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be applied to your total earnings as per government norms.

11. Will I get any instructions on how to perform the work?

Yes. Once you register, you’ll receive a step-by-step instruction guide to help you complete your assignments accurately.

12. What about the registration fees?

There is a one-time, non-refundable lifetime registration fee that covers all administrative and account maintenance charges. Please see the Work Plans page for details.

13. When will I get my next work and payment after submission?

After submitting your entrance test work (100 files), you’ll receive your accuracy report within 5 working days. Regular paid work is provided only if you achieve at least 98% accuracy. For paid projects, the next assignment and payment are both released within 10 working days of submission.

14. What if I complete the job before the given deadline?

If you complete and submit your work early, you will receive your report, payment, and next assignment within 10 days from the submission date.

15. I’m interested in Offline Data Entry work. What’s the next step?

Simply fill out the registration form, choose your preferred plan, and send the payment. Once registered, you’ll receive your Username, Password, and Server Link within 48 hours to start downloading your assignments.

16. How will I receive my work after registration?

You will receive a secure download link via email within 48 hours. Use your provided credentials to access and download your work files instantly.

17. When will I get my first paid work?

After your application is received, you’ll be given demo work first. Upon successful completion and meeting accuracy standards, you’ll start receiving paid work assignments through email or server access.

18. How long does it take to download work files?

Each assignment set contains 10 image files, which take around 2 minutes to download. This allows you to start working immediately while the next set downloads in the background.

19. What is the format of downloadable files?

Work files are provided in .JPEG format, compressed in ZIP files for faster download. Simply extract them using any standard unzip tool.

20. Do you still send work through CD?

No. We no longer use CDs due to postal delays and damage risks. All files are now stored securely on our server for quick, error-free downloads.

21. Can I pause or stop my work temporarily?

Yes. You can take a break between projects. Just inform us before your next assignment is issued.

22. Can I apply if I live outside India?

Absolutely. Our offline data entry projects are open to worldwide participants. You can apply and work from any country.

23. What if I don’t have PayPal or a credit card for registration?

No problem. International participants can make payments via Western Union, MoneyGram, or direct Bank Wire Transfer. Visit the Payment Options section for full details.
