Offline Data Entry Works Demo
Offline Data Entry Demo
Welcome to the Offline Data Entry Demo section. This page is designed to help you clearly understand how our offline data entry work is performed before you start your actual project. Whether you are new to data entry or an experienced typist, this demo will give you practical insights into the process, accuracy requirements, and file submission guidelines.
Offline data entry is a simple yet detail-oriented task where you’ll be provided with scanned image files containing text material such as reports, books, forms, or handwritten notes. Your job is to manually type the exact content from these images into a Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) file with full accuracy and proper formatting.
The purpose of this demo is to give you a hands-on experience so that you can understand how the actual work will look and how to complete it correctly. Please go through the instructions carefully before starting the demo.
Understanding Offline Data Entry Work
In offline data entry, no internet connection is required during typing. You only need an active internet connection while downloading the image files and for submitting your completed work. All typing work is performed on your local computer using Microsoft Word or any compatible word processor.
You will receive image files (for example: Page1.jpg, Page2.jpg, Page3.jpg, etc.) as your data source. Each image will contain printed or handwritten English text. Your task is to retype the content exactly as shown, maintaining paragraph breaks, punctuation, capitalization, and spacing.
This process helps improve your typing speed, attention to detail, and accuracy — all of which are essential for completing paid offline data entry projects successfully.
